- Lumiere at Malcolm is at 1644 Malcolm Ave in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA 90024, moments from Westwood Village and Century City, and about 1.4 miles from UCLA.
- The collection is 14 single-level homes by architect William Hefner, offered in three and four bedroom layouts with 3.5 to 4.5 baths, spanning approximately 2,292 to 2,953 square feet. Each residence has its own private elevator entrance, an open Calacatta Oro kitchen, Italian-tile en-suite baths, hardwood floors throughout, a 60-inch eco-friendly electric fireplace, and a private terrace.
- Yes. Lumiere at Malcolm is a pet-friendly community. Please contact our leasing team for details on our pet policy, including any breed or weight considerations.
- Lumiere at Malcolm offers a 12-month minimum lease term. Select furnished units are available on request, so speak with our leasing team about current availability, furnished options, and move-in dates.
- Residents enjoy a resort-style, heated salt water pool with lounge, five rooftop sundecks with Los Angeles views, a Technogym fitness center, a Clearlight infrared sauna, and a cold plunge. Each home also includes a private elevator entrance, individual storage, a package center with an Amazon Hub locker, and a smart-home system controlled from a single app (lights, shades, AC, and the refrigerator) with keyless entry.
- Every home comes with two side-by-side parking spots and a Level 2 EV charger. The building also provides two Level 3 EV chargers and visitor parking. Our leasing team can walk you through parking assignments during your tour.
- You can book a private tour directly on this site using the Book a Tour form, or call our leasing team. We'll tailor the visit to the residences and amenities that matter most to you.
- Current residents can log in to the online resident portal, linked in the site navigation and footer, to pay rent and submit maintenance requests.
